Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Sun, September 26, 2004 - 5:25 AMwtf? snail mail?
i voted last year and didn't have to mail anything in. what's the deal? -

Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Sun, September 26, 2004 - 10:02 AMThat's only if you changed e-mail addresses. That cuts down on fraud, so some numbskull can't rig C11 for Ottumwa, IA or Crabapple Cove, ME. I could be wrong, but not usually on appeal.

Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Sun, September 26, 2004 - 11:49 AMIf your e-mail address that you used before is still good and you received the ping e-mail, you are good to go.
The snail mail registration came about because of vote fraud on the C5 and C6 votes. This system was put in place to allow people to change their e-mail addresses or register if they had not attended a prior C* and their e-mail address was not on file. -

Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Sun, September 26, 2004 - 1:20 PMAwwwww, <<hug>>
I'll see if I can set up a c-web cam so you can follow all the action from home. Oh wait, this is just for voting. Have you been blacklisted? Are you now or have you ever been a kommie?

Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Sun, September 26, 2004 - 5:53 PMIt does say it could take up to 72 hours to get your ping mail. If you don't get it, do the snail mail thing and send an e-mail to hellsop@ninehells.com to see what is going on.

Re: Fwd: [C11 Vote] Voter Ping and Mail-in Registration
Wed, September 29, 2004 - 4:32 PMI have it on good authority from a reliable source that the C10 database was lost to a hard drive crash.
So I would suggest doing the mail-in registration ASAP. Deadline for registrations is Oct. 18, 2004 so don't wait.
